Certified Pro Services is a women-owned company providing commercial general contracting, project management, owner’s representation and multi-site project coordination.
We help enterprise and property teams renovate and improve facilities, and we work with general contractors on portions of larger projects. We also represent residential and commercial owners who need help reviewing proposals, understanding changes and following construction progress.
How we bring a project together
We start by asking what needs to be built or changed, when it is needed and who is already involved. Then we clarify the work, identify missing information and agree on what CPS will handle.
Qualified trade partners perform the field work. CPS coordinates their work and the project information, follows up on progress and brings questions or changes to the people who need to decide.
