General Contracting
The construction and coordination under one contract.
Certified Pro Services manages commercial build-outs, renovations, and specialty installations as your general contractor. We coordinate the trades, required permits, schedule, and site activity, with one team responsible for the work in your contract.
We work with businesses across the U.S. and Canada, on individual properties and projects across multiple locations.
What we manage for you.
From the agreed scope to the final inspection, we coordinate the work, keep you informed, and bring decisions to you before changes move forward.
Scope & proposal +
We review your plans, the property, and how the space needs to function. The proposal explains the work included in our scope and any assumptions or exclusions. We also confirm what information, approvals, and site preparation are needed before scheduling.
Site & trade coordination +
We coordinate work windows, deliveries, and the order in which trades need to be on site. For occupied properties, we discuss access and any work that affects the use of the space. If a delivery or site condition changes, we review the schedule with you and the trades.
Progress & approvals +
We explain what’s complete, what’s coming up, and what needs your input. When the scope changes, we explain the proposed work, its cost, and its effect on timing before seeking approval. If something still needs confirming, we tell you what we’re checking and follow up.
Inspections & closeout +
We track outstanding items, coordinate applicable inspections, and organize the project records included in our scope. We stay involved until our agreed work is complete, with the photos, permit records, and final accounting needed for your team.
Already have work underway?
Send the current scope, plans if available, and what remains to be done. We’ll review the information and discuss whether CPS can help complete the project. If you already have a contractor and want someone to review the work on your behalf, explore Owner’s Representation.
Tell Us About the Work You Need Done.
Share the location, scope if available, and target timing. You can send plans and photos by email.
We’ll review your request and follow up to discuss the requirements and how we can help. If a site visit or more information is needed before a proposal, we’ll explain that.
Send what you have. We’ll help clarify what’s needed next.
